Every account's floor.
One page.
The floor is the balance where an account fails, and on a trailing drawdown it moves. Run two, five or ten accounts and it is easy to lose track of which floor is where. The Floor Sheet puts all of them on one printable page before the open.
It's yours.

What is inside
Three pages, filled in by hand in five minutes.
Before the open
One row per account: drawdown type, peak, floor, room left, daily limit, your max loss today, contracts and stop. A total row shows what one stop costs when a trade copies to every account.
After the close
Move each floor while the numbers are fresh, note any rule you broke, and keep a week of floors and room side by side.
How to fill it in
The arithmetic for intraday trailing, end-of-day and static drawdowns, one worked example, and a 10-point checklist of the rules traders breach without noticing.
Who it is for
Built for traders running more than one account.
Each firm, and often each account, has its own drawdown type, daily limit and lock level. When one trade copies across five accounts, the account with the least room sets the limit for all five. Writing the numbers down before you trade turns I think I have room into a number you can see. It works with any firm: the sheet holds your numbers, and your firm's current rulebook decides them. Educational material only, not financial advice.
