You must be 18 or older to sign up for our emails or use our free tools and guides. The site is not directed at anyone under 18.
Everything on this site, in our guides and tools, in our emails and on our social accounts is general education about how futures trading and prop firm rules work. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a fund, and we do not hold anyone's money.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Prop firm evaluations are paid tests, and most people who take them do not pass. Past or hypothetical results, including any example, backtest or worked figure we show, do not predict future results. Decide for yourself, and get advice from a qualified professional if you need it.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell an evaluation, an account or any other product. When our trading programs open, their full rules, fees and payout terms will be published before anyone is asked to pay, and those program terms will apply to them alongside these.
Our calculators, templates and guides are provided for illustration and education. They use simplified models and the inputs you give them, and they may contain errors or fall out of date. Every firm sets its own rules, so always check your own firm's current rulebook, which is what decides your account. You use the tools and guides at your own risk.
Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, its sign-up forms or the services behind them; don't submit sign-ups for other people or with false details; and don't use it to send spam or harmful code. We may block access that does any of these.
If you give us your email address we will send you what you asked for and the emails described where you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
The text, guides, tools, graphics, videos, characters, name and logo on this site and our social accounts belong to Tarrow Futures or are used with permission. You are welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning and to share links to them. Please don't copy, resell or republish them as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
We link to other sites and use outside services, such as social media platforms and our email provider. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply when you use them. Any prop firm or platform we mention is mentioned for education only.
The site, tools, guides and emails are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Tarrow Futures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss, arising from your use of the site, its tools, guides or emails. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
We may update these terms as the site and the business change. We will change the date at the top when we do, and if a change is material we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
